Directions to Indoor Venues

DIRECTIONS TO UCT

-> Drive down the N1.

-> Take the M5 turn off.

-> When you get to the N2 don’t take the airport turn off, take the next one. It will take you towards the mountain.

-> Once on the N2, driving towards the mountain, take the last turn-off (after Main Road). This is the M3 (Rhodes Drive).

-> Stay in the left lane. Take the second turn off (after the windmill) towards Woolsack Drive.

-> At the robot turn right. Stay in the left lane.

-> Follow the road as it bends to the left and up.

-> After the speed bump look for a turn to the left that goes downhill. This is the parking lot. It goes down and the indoor centre is the building on your right.

DIRECTIONS TO SANDF

Drive down the N1.

Take the M5 Turn off.

When you get to the N2, don’t take the airport turn off. Take the next one. It will take you to the mountain.

Once on the N2, driving towards the mountain, take the last turn-off (after Main Road). This is the M3 (Rhodes Drive).

Follow this road till you get to a set of robots. The road you are now in is Union Avenue. (It was Rhodes Drive.) It will become Paradise Road and then Edinburgh Drive.

Slow down at the robot. There’s a camera. Go through the robot.

At the next robot you should see a petrol station on your left. Go through these robots. The road bends to the right.

Continue through the next robot. After this robot, the road will bend to the left and start a long uphill. Stay in the left lane.

At the top of the hill the road bends to the right and the turn off will read “Travato Link”. Take this turn to the left.

At the next robot go straight. The road will become Waterloo Road.

At the next robot turn right.

Take your first left into the Wynberg Military Base.

When the road splits, stay left.

Follow the road to the end. It makes a sharp turn to the left. Follow that turn.

Follow the road to the end again. It leads to a three / four-way stop. Turn right so that the soccer field is on your left.

The building just next to the soccer field is the indoor centre. The parking is right in front of the centre.
